Right to FILE an F.I.R.

1988 Motor Vehicle Act
Two-wheeler motorcyclists must wear helmets under Section 129 of the Indian Motor Vehicle Act. The maximum number of riders on the bikes is limited to two by Section 128 of the Motor Vehicle Act.
